We have a large workshop and trained experienced engineers. We ask customers to send machines to us, but before that, you can check a couple of things...  

1. We only accept machines that have a 13 amp plug 
2. Please box Machine sufficiently, this means once it is all wrapped, shake the parcel if anything moves you need to put some more packing inside the BOX, all blades must be wrapped safely, and remember to wrap plugs. 
3. Put Your return address (for Quotation) contact Email Address and Phone number info in box.
4. Put in a description of Fault.
5. Address to :-  BBS Ltd, Unit B, Grovebell Industrial Estate, Wrecclesham Road, Farnham, Surrey, GU10 4PL. (Or you can drop off to us). 
6. We send a quotation for your repair, we will only complete the repair once you have agreed the charge.
